** Canceled ** This course aims to introduce students to a process for making new home sales part of their real estate business strategy. Course topics include: 1. How to select a new home builder that offers the best opportunity for an agent to develop a new home sales business. 2. Understanding the benefits of working with a volume builder versus semi-custom, custom, or commercial builders. 3. How to identify the right volume builder to work with, including how to do builder research, gather builder information, and develop rapport with a builder’s on-site agent. 4. How to write and post social media messages to friends, family, and acquaintances to share their new home knowledge. 5. How to market their new home skills through text, email, video, website, and blogs. Agents will receive ‘Stuff’ that reinforces what was taught during the course.
