The 89th Texas Legislative session has begun and real estate is on the menu. Some of the real estate-related issues state lawmakers are expected to consider this session include: 

  • Property tax reform
  • Housing affordability
  • Insurance 
  • Community Infrastructure Investment
  • Property owners' associations

Please arrive promptly by 5:15am bus will leave the Greater Denton Wise Association of REALTORS® promptly 5:30am!
