2025 MLS Tour Guidelines: Deadline for requesting your listing be on the MLS Tour is 12:00 p.m. Tuesday preceding the Thursday tour date 

ONE listing per Agent unless the tour has not reached the maximum number of homes allowed 

TWO listings per office Maximum of TEN houses If there are more than 10 houses for the tour, the listings that will be on the tour are chosen by the earliest email request sent and so on The listing REALTOR® (or another REALTOR® from the same physical office) must be present at the MLS Breakfast Networking Meeting and attend the entire caravan tour The property status MUST be ACTIVE (No Coming Soon, Active Option, or Pending listings are allowed) Only REALTORS® are allowed to participate in the MLS Tour You MUST email mls@glar.com to be added to the list. Once you've done that, please follow the instructions below. How to Place your listing on the Tour: In Matrix, go to the INPUT tab and select your listing from the drop-down menu Click Open House Select the Open House Type as "Broker" Enter the date (Thursday) the home will be on tour Change the time to 10:00 am -12:00 Click "Submit Listing" Other Details: Feedback sheets will be given for each property. "House of The Month" will be voted on at the conclusion of the tour. The routing of the tour will be made, and you will be notified by Wednesday for your place on the tour. Please notify your seller of the approximate time the tour will be at your listing.
