2025 MLS Tour Guidelines:

 The deadline for placing homes on tour is 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday (August 5th) preceding the Thursday tour date.

1. One per Agent
2. Maximum of 10 houses
3. All selections are by the earliest entered date/time stamp 

Only one home is permitted from each REALTOR®, unless the tour has not reached the maximum number of homes allowed. The listing REALTOR® (or another REALTOR® from the same office who is representing the listing REALTOR® and who does not have a home on tour) must be present at the MLS Breakfast Networking Meeting and attend the entire caravan tour.

 

How to add your listing to the Tour: 

1. **EMAIL Erica at mls@glar.com to be added to the list**
2. In Matrix, Select INPUT 
3. Type your MLS number or select from drop-down menu
4. Click Open Houses
5. Input Open House Type as Broker.
6.  Enter the date (Thursday) the home will be on tour.
7. Enter 10:00 am and 12:00 pm in the time 
8.  Click Submit Listing

Other Details:  

1. Property status MUST be ACTIVE

2. NO Coming Soon, Active Option, or Pending listings allowed

3. REMINDER: To have a listing on the tour, you MUST attend the morning Network Breakfast meeting AND complete the entire tour

4. Only REALTORS® are allowed to participate in the caravan tour 

5. Feedback sheets will be given for each property 

6. House Of The Week will be voted on at the conclusion of tour 

7. The routing of the tour will be made, and you will be notified by Wednesday for your place on the Tour. Please notify your seller of the approximate time the tour will be at your listing.
