I am a 7th generation Texan to North Texas. Having lived in this area for my entire life gives me a great knowledge base of the area and how it has grown into what it is today.  I grew up with my Dad being in construction and built or remodeled every house we lived in growing up.  I believe this gives me a great advantage in things to look for when buying a home. It also gives me a great appreciation for the value that improvements give to a property when selling.  I am a full time REALTOR since 2000, and I love what I do!
