How to tour a model home and a home under construction to understand the builder’s uniqueness.
4.
What to do with the builder’s printed materials so they can be shared with their clients.
5.
Reasons for sending a thank you note to the on-site agent.
6.
How to follow up with the on-site agent to earn builder referrals.
7.
To-do lists to reinforce course topics.
Agents receive ‘Stuff’ to strengthen their knowledge of what was taught during the course. In addition, agents are provided a social media message to post to friends, family, and acquaintances. The message describes what they have learned and makes a request to contact them if interested in a new or resale home.
