*THIS IS AN IN-PERSON/HYBRID CLASS* The Broker Responsibility course addresses TREC’s perspective of the regulatory aspects of the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas. Students will gain an understanding and working knowledge of the law of agency and planning and organization of business entities. Plus they will learn the requirements for written policies and procedures, records retention and control, advertising. Lastly, participants will learn about the recruitment and training of agents, and the anatomy of a complaint filed with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Instructor: Mac McFarland, CE hours -
