The listing appointment is very similar too interviewing for a new job. This course covers how to prepare for a listing presentation. In this class, participants will learn how to prepare for the interview with the seller and explore strategies to standout from your competition by managing the conversation, establishing expectations, promoting your value proposition, and winning the listing. Students will also cover the required and recommended forms to have prepared in advance and review with the seller.
