This course will give agents an understanding of various solar agreements, both leased and financed, and their affect on the One to Four Family real estate transaction. Real estate professionals are having to deal with this improvement as installation of solar has been on the rise and solar equipment often causes major issues in a transaction. Students will learn what every agent should know regarding information they should have prior to completing the required forms. The course will discuss methods of assisting consumers who have opted into utilizing solar power as well as responding to consumer inquiries about the pros and cons of their potential investment.
