*THIS IS AN IN-PERSON/HYBRID CLASS* The FHA and Fair Housing play major roles in real estate. In this course, you will learn about FHA as an entity, its role in the home buying process and how to best serve clients who are FHA eligible. Agents will learn how the federal loan program’s lending guidelines are directly impacted by the Federal Fair Housing Act. This course explores the areas of law related to the Fair Housing Act and how it applies to the dayto-day encounters of the real estate agent and potential impact on real estate transactions.
