The GLAR MLS TOURS are coming back after a 4-year hiatus! Things have changed so we will be fine-tuning the details as we go along. 

SAVE THE DATE! THURSDAY APRIL 4, 2024! 

If you have a listing in the 75022, 75028, 75077 or 75067 and you want to be on the tour, ACT NOW! 

There will only be 10 maximum listings on this Tour Date. 

2024 MLS Tour Guidelines:

 Deadline for placing homes on tour is 12:00 p.m. on the Tuesday (TUE, APR 2, 2024) preceding the Thursday tour date: 

1. Number of houses on tour:

a. One per Agent. 

b. Two per office. 

c. Maximum of ten houses. 

d. All selections are by earliest entered date/time stamp. e. 

Only one home is permitted from each REALTOR®, unless the tour has not reached the maximum number of homes allowed The listing REALTOR® (or another REALTOR® from the same physical office who is representing the listing REALTOR® and who does not have a home on tour) must be present at the MLS Breakfast Networking Meeting and attend the entire caravan tour.

How to Place your listing on the Tour 

To place home on Tour in NTREIS Matrix: 

1. Select INPUT 

2. Type your MLS number or select from list.

 3. Click Open Houses.

 4. Input Open House Type as Broker. 

5. Enter the date (Thursday) the home will be on tour. 

6. Enter 9:00 am and 12:00 pm in the time. 

7. Click Submit Listing. 

Other Details: 1. The property status MUST be ACTIVE. 2. NO Coming Soon, Active Option, or Pending listings are allowed 3. REMINDER: to Have a listing on Tour, you MUST attend the morning Network Breakfast meeting AND complete the entire Tour. 4. Only REALTORS® are allowed to participate in the caravan Tour 5. Feedback sheets will be given for each property 6. House Of The Week will be voted on at the conclusion of the tour 7. The routing of the Tour will be made, and you will be notified by Wednesday for your place on the Tour. Please notify your seller of the approximate time the tour will be at your listing. 8. Prior to the pandemic, GLAR was the only consistent caravan tour in the metroplex.
